Hi Ben, what have been your inital purchase price and renovation cost to bring an apartment to that stage, and how much do you intend to rent it for?
Mario, we’ve bought anywhere from $83,000 per unit to $120,000 per unit. The the remodel ranges from $7,000 to $11,000 depending on size, etc.
Nice looking unit. Are those granite counter tops? What are approximate costs for the counter tops?
