We focus on acquisitions where opportunities exist to create extensive additional value through strategic management and physical asset renovations. We adopt an opportunistic view that a few truly outstanding opportunities are better than a pipeline full of mediocre ones. We prioritize safety and we never jeopardize our underwriting standards. We go into each acquisition with a detailed business plan and are deliberate in the execution of the said plan.
