Throughout the last year and a half, since the CFFU began in February of 2012, many people have come down to Lima for a day of property visits and conversations. Having studied the CFFU, they wanted to put some additional perspective to it by visiting the actual property, seeing the rehab in its completed state, experiencing the location, etc.
This is indeed valuable, and I’ve always wanted to make this an available option to all who purchase the CFFU. Until now I hadn’t been able to figure out how to do it. First, I did not specifically want to increase the cost of the Cash Flow Freedom University beyond $295. And secondly, with everyone’s busy schedules, the task of getting 50 people at the same time in the same place seemed daunting…
But, last month I made the decision to give it a try, and announced that at No Additional Charge everyone who buys the CFFU is welcome to come down to Lima on October 12th, 2014 for a Live Event.

We will start at around 9:00 AM. Prior to lunch is theory time. I will use PowerPoint to go over some of the main drivers of Creative Finance – perspective and techniques which underpin my approach to No Money Down financing of Real Estate. Included are several Case-Studies. And after lunch, we will tour the property that is the subject of the morning’s case studies. And finally, we’ll get back to our base for a debriefing and more Q & A.
In my opinion, the Cash Flow Freedom University is worth every penny of the $295 that I charge all on its’ own. However, the added value of seeing and touching the property in question, and the ability to ask me questions in real time makes it a no-brainer…
