I don’t know why it happens this way, but I tend to Zag when everyone else Zigs. This is not due to or for the sake of simply trying to be contrarean. Simply put – for some reason I just see things differently, which leads me to behaving differently.
For example, with regards to the infamous liberal arts question of what exactly drives success in Real Estate Investing, most people would unequivocally tell you – KNOWLEDGE drives success. I disagree with this assessment profoundly.
