Today, more and more people recognize me as a real estate investor, syndicator, businessman. However, neither in the past nor in the present has anyone confused me for a marriage councilor.
And yet, having no formal education in the field and very little common sense, relying mostly on the fact that I’ve been happily married to the woman you see in the picture to the right, I am going to offer you the only free piece of advice (which happens to be good) that you will ever receive in your life.
